A water side adventure
You have to agree, there is just something about water that makes a session that much more magical and ethereal. I have been dying to do a shoot with this gown and headdress and had a very specific vision for it's debut. The perfect divine feminine combination. My favorite phase of womanhood is pregnancy. I feel that it can be such a phase of growth for some woman to accept themselves and learn of their new found abilities and strengths. We are truly magical. Life giving and bearing. AND we should celebrate this!
I met Megan through another client and newfound friend's wedding last year. While searching for a maternity model, she reached out! I am so so blessed that she did!
Megan and her husband were exactly what I pictured for this shoot. It was absolutely freezing this day but they were troopers changing their clothes and walking barefoot by the water. I always tell clients, that sometimes you have to be brave and or do things that may be somewhat uncomfortable to create the shot! The results are always worth it. ;) Take a look for yourself!
